Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of the Get Featured Accelerator from Gloria Chou PR LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By checking the box at checkout and submitting payment, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these legally binding terms.

1. Product Access

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the Get Featured Accelerator online portal for six (6) months, which includes trainings, materials, and downloadable assets. This also includes monthly calls, private Facebook group access, and Instagram group chat access. This excludes the media-database access, which will be granted after the 30-day refund period has expired, or earlier if you select that option and agree to the terms inside the portal. 

Effective October 6, 2025, all new purchases of the Get Featured Accelerator provide six (6) months of access as stated above. Purchases made prior to that date retain the access period in effect at the time of purchase.

2. Payments and Fees

You agree to pay the full purchase price stated at checkout. We offer both pay-in-full and payment plan options to make our program accessible. If you select a payment plan, you must complete all remaining payments as scheduled. This is not a membership or subscription, and payment plans may not be canceled mid-term except as stated in the refund policy below.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase and before accessing or downloading any proprietary media lists, databases, or similar protected materials.
After 30 days, or once these materials have been accessed, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

4. Data and Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored or accessible to us. For questions or billing issues, please contact our support team at team@gloriachoupr.com.

5. Copyright and Usage

All course materials, including videos, templates, media lists, and written content, are proprietary to Gloria Chou PR LLC. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

6. Scheduling (If applicable)

If your purchase includes a 1:1 pitch-writing session or personalized consultation, session rescheduling requires at least 72 hours’ notice. After one change, additional date changes incur a $50 reschedule fee. Missed or no-show sessions are nonrefundable.

Results from this program depend on your own effort, implementation, and business context. We make no guarantees of specific publicity outcomes or media placements. By purchasing, you acknowledge that all outcomes depend on your execution of the materials provided.
