Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of the Get Featured Accelerator from Gloria Chou PR LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By checking the box at checkout and submitting payment, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these legally binding terms. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including payment obligations, refund policy, and access duration.

1. Product Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Get Featured Accelerator online portal for six (6) months from the date of enrollment, which includes trainings, materials, and downloadable assets.

Access will automatically expire after six (6) months unless otherwise extended or renewed. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time.

This also includes monthly calls, private Facebook group access, and Instagram group chat access. Access to community spaces is provided as a bonus and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

This excludes the media-database access, which will be granted after the 30-day refund period has expired, or earlier if you select that option and agree to the terms inside the portal.

Effective October 6, 2025, all new purchases of the Get Featured Accelerator provide six (6) months of access as stated above. Purchases made prior to that date retain the access period in effect at the time of purchase.

2. Payments and Fees

You agree to pay the full purchase price stated at checkout.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Failure to complete payments does not cancel your obligation to pay the full program fee.

Payment plans may not be paused, canceled, or terminated early for any reason.

This program is a fixed-term program and not a membership or subscription.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded any proprietary media lists, databases, or protected materials.

After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Data and Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored or accessible to us. For questions or billing issues, please contact our support team at team@gloriachoupr.com.

5. Copyright and Usage

All course materials, including videos, templates, media lists, and written content, are proprietary to Gloria Chou PR LLC. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

6. Scheduling (If applicable)

If your purchase includes a 1:1 pitch-writing session or personalized consultation, session rescheduling requires at least 72 hours’ notice. After one change, additional date changes incur a $50 reschedule fee. Missed or no-show sessions are nonrefundable.

7. Disclaimer

Results from this program depend on your own effort, implementation, and business context. We make no guarantees regarding media placements, press features, revenue, or business outcomes. Media coverage is subject to editorial discretion and external factors beyond our control.

8. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or credit card provider. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact us first at team@gloriachoupr.com to resolve the issue.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to the program, without refund, if you engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior within the program or community.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the program.

11. Third-Party Tools

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party tools referenced in the program, including but not limited to AI platforms, media databases, or external software.

12. Testimonials

By participating in the program, you grant us permission to use your name, likeness, results, and feedback for marketing and promotional purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
