Get Featured Accelerator · Gloria Chou PR LLC · Effective for all purchases
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of the Get Featured Accelerator (“GFA”) from Gloria Chou PR LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By checking the box at checkout and submitting payment, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these terms.
On purchase you get six (6) months of access to the Get Featured Accelerator, starting on your purchase date. This includes:
Purchases made on or after October 6, 2025 include six (6) months of access. Purchases made before that date keep the access period in effect at the time of purchase.
The GFA media database, including our media lists and any custom media list we create for you, is not normally provided during your first 30 days. You receive access automatically after your 30-day refund window ends.
If you receive or access the GFA media database, any of our media lists, or a custom media list at any time during your first 30 days, your refund eligibility ends immediately.
For purposes of this policy, “access” occurs when we provide you with the media database link, login information, media contacts, or a custom media list, whether or not you open, download, view, or use the materials.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing team@gloriachoupr.com, provided you have not received access to the media database.
After 30 days, or once you have received media database access, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you are on a payment plan, an approved refund covers the payments made and cancels the remaining payments.
You agree to pay the full purchase price stated at checkout. You can pay in full ($1,999) or choose the payment plan (12 biweekly payments of $175).
The payment plan is 12 biweekly payments of $175 (total $2,100). It is not a membership or a subscription. If you choose the payment plan, you agree to complete all 12 payments as scheduled. Payment plans cannot be cancelled mid-term except through the refund policy in Section 3.
If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, access to GFA may be paused until the payment is made.
When your six months end, you may export the media contacts and any Google Docs or PDFs provided to you, for your own business use. To keep the weekly opportunities, coaching calls, community and media database, you may renew at a discounted rate.
Journalists and editors decide what they feature. We do not guarantee media coverage, placements, sales or any specific outcome. Results depend on your own effort, implementation and business context.
All GFA materials, including videos, templates, prompts, recordings, media lists, the media database and its access password, are proprietary to Gloria Chou PR LLC and licensed for use in your own business only. You may not share, resell, reproduce or distribute any of them, including sharing the media database link or password, without our written permission.
Sharing GFA materials or access may result in your access being removed without a refund.
If your purchase includes a 1:1 pitch-writing session or personalized consultation, rescheduling requires at least 72 hours’ notice. After one change, additional date changes incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Missed or no-show sessions are nonrefundable.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We never store or see your full payment information.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect on your purchase date apply to your purchase.
